Lynnette Dillen is a seasoned financial executive with more than a decade of leadership in life sciences and women's health. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting, and began her career in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Arthur Andersen LLP. Lynnette has over 20 years of holding key financial positions, been CFO for companies of varying sizes at different stages, and has a history of raising over $50 million in equity and debt transactions. Lynnette also serves on the Board of The Clearity Foundation and The CFO Roundtable Foundation Day for Change.
Young Hong, PharmD
Founder, Head of Marketing
Young Hong has a background in the health and social sciences with a B.A. in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Pharmacy.
Joni Aoki, CPA
Founder, Head of Finance
Joni Aoki has experience in accounting and finance. She is a CPA and served as a Senior Tax Accountant for Ernst & Young and later as Assistant Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Sundance Institute. Joni is on the Board of Directors for the Rape Recovery Center and enjoys volunteering at the VA Nursing Home. She is a medical student at the University of Utah, and loves cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
Jeanna Ryan, MSCIS, MPAS, PA-C, MS, RDN
Jeanna Ryan has a diverse background in technology, education, and the life sciences with over a decade of clinical experience in healthcare as a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She is a graduate from Boston University where she received a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems, and a Master of Science in Nutrition. She also has a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah.
June Chen, MD
June Chen has a dual background in medicine and English. She is a current Managing Partner at Mountain Pacific Venture Fund, Managing Partner at LDD Partners, and a Board Member of Church & State. June has extensive experience in business development, strategic communications and angel investing for start-ups and established companies, including life sciences, finance, technology and consumer healthcare.
Ron Heffernan has extensive experience in executive leadership, sales, strategy, finance and capital raising. He is a current Managing Partner at Mountain Pacific Venture Fund, Managing Partner of LDD Partners, and Co-Founder of Church & State. He has been a CEO of multiple technology and medical device companies and is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor.
